How will my care package be sent? We generally use Fed-Ex ground; however, if you have selected an expedited delivery, we may use another carrier.

How much is shipping? Shipping costs vary based on the cost of your care package.
Care packages under $15, shipping is $7.99
Care packages between $15 and $29.99, shipping is $9.99
Care packages between $30 and $49.99, shipping is $11.99
Care packages over $50, shipping is $13.99.
Expedited delivery charges are additional.

Will I be able to add a personal message in the care package? Yes. Because we want your care package to be as personal as possible, every care package will be shipped with a gift card that will contain a personal message from you, if you so choose. When placing your order you’ll be directed to a box in which to write your personal message.

Will there be an invoice included in the care package? No. However, when shipping care packages to APO or FPO addresses, we are required by law to fill out a Customs Declaration Form that asks for the value of the care package, and this may be attached to the outside of the care package.

What if you don't have an item I want to include? Then Email Us! We want you to be able to send the same package you would send if you were going to make the care package yourself – without the hassle. If you request an item that we don’t have, there’s a good chance we will add it to the selection of products offered.

Can I choose the flavors for PowerBars, Balance Bars, etc.? At this time, no. You can, however, make general requests at checkout in the “Ordering Instructions” box and we will do our best to accommodate you. Rest assured, however, that we will only include the most popular flavors of these items in any care package.

What if there is a problem with my care package? That’s a pretty rare circumstance. But, if something is wrong with your care package, please Contact Us. We guarantee our products to reach you fresh and in good form. If for some reason a product is defective or damaged, we will gladly replace that item.

What if I don't want to pay on-line? In order to save costs that we can pass through to you, our current payment options are Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you are unhappy with those options, please Email Us – if there is enough response to merit it, we will add other payment options.

What brands do you use? We only use name brand, high quality products. Be assured that your recipient will get a fantastic care package of top quality, name brand products.

What if I want to order more than one care package at once? This is a common request and we can most certainly accomodate you. Since our website is designed to put together one care package at a time, it is easiest if you Contact Us, and we will make it quick and easy for you to place a multiple care package order.
